Oh, the things we do to our poor feet! We shove them into tight,
pinching shoes and roughly stomp around on them day and night. And H-i-double-ouch
heels? Don't get me started on that topic! The point is, we
should be treating our feet with MUCH more respect. After all,
they are what moves us ever forward, what carries us up the
corporate ladder, and what skips to my lou my darlin'! So,
treat your tootsies to a 'foot facial' and show them that you
care!
Here's how:
Step #1
Wash those little piggies thoroughly with a gentle soap. Of
course, we recommend Nature's Body Beautiful Handmade Bar Soaps!
Pat dry.
Step #2
Apply Nature's Peppermint Foot Mask to your feet, covering
everything from your soles up to your ankles and lower calves.
Put your feet up, lie back, relax and let the TLC Clay work its
magic. You're going to LOVE the cooling peppermint feel!
Step #3
Rinse off the Foot Mask, and remove dead skin cells by gently
scrubbing with a pumice stone. Pat dry.
Step #4
This is my FAVORITE part. Massage your feet thoroughly with
Nature's Soothing Foot Cream. The cool mint fragrance is
refreshing, and the rich creamy texture is pure heaven. Your
feet will feel soft and refreshed. By the way... if you can get
someone else to do this step for you.... even better!
